• Project Scope: The scope of work, timelines, and milestones will be defined in individual client agreements or project proposals.
• Revisions: Revisions are limited to the agreed-upon count in the project proposal. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Client Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables at each project milestone.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Brandverse Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and initial proprietary frameworks.

• Client Ownership: Upon final full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final custom deliverables (such as logos, source code, and custom graphics) created specifically for their project.
• Portfolio Rights: Brandverse Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional marketing channels.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are established on a project-by-project basis within our formal proposals or invoices.

• Deposits: Most projects require an upfront advance deposit before work commences.
• Late Payments: Failure to clear overdue invoices may result in the suspension of ongoing services, hosting, or delayed project delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brandverse Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or completed digital products, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating locations.
